I think this is at least part of the story. There are specific election plans and schemes that I know about personally, and I believe that integrity has been compromised to achieve political goals.

This might be the most important change in thought process you've written, and you've written thousands upon thousands of words. Adding complexity adds edge cases, loopholes, dead ends, and all sorts of ways to manipulate things. Simplifying and cleaning house boils things to the important parts.

As for FDA its not more or less, its about integrity.
Political Parties and FDA are supposed to represent the people and act in their interests. They dont.
They are all corrupted and serve their corporate masters while lying to you about why they cant do what they promised or telling you why poison is good for you
The lobbying and campaign contributions..especially the ones we can't see (donations to politicians non profits on which their children and wives are officers) need to be totally eliminated.
I think the entire structure of the federal government needs ripping out root and branch..and not replaced.... except in a distributed, public and transparent way with people like yourself out there using their talents and interacting with the public in those areas which might be needed...but not confined. I am not expressing myself well, but 1 to 0 as the technologic leap ...local & distributed processing.
