These systems are less efficient than Rube Goldberg's and compartmentalizing information stops exchanges between groups and across specialty areas. Intelligence operations are built on the same model of "need to know" info sharing; it reduces the risk of anyone knowing too much when each just gets to see a slice. Great for spies not so much with public health.

Enron accounting & loopholes is how Washington rolls. Periodically the horror of it is almost too much for a rational mind to assimilate. So much of the Federal, criminal activity is waste and fraud, contracting abuses and that's awful.
But in the areas of human health and the environment it still makes me a bit ill learning each new case where we are dying for profits. It's beyond belief criminal profiteers retire to their private islands with their Seychelles bank account and stockholders pay a fine.

The big boys take the MOST dangerous time for the vaccines, ( beginning day one from the moment of the shot, to about six weeks later; 14 days post shot number two) when most adverse events and crossover infections occur, and zero of that critical period are the vaccinated considered anything but unvaccinated. ( The very definition of inappropriate moving people across ledgers)
And it is a double move, as when their are only two teams at 5 and 5 and the play each other, then every loss for one an automatic gain for the other. One moves changes tge records to 6 and 4, and the other to 4 and 6. This disingenuous behavior is evil.
One should simply create a third ledger and then only deal with excess mortality morbidity, and move those into the jabbed ledger.
One could also move reduced mortality morbidity into the jabbed ledger. The unvaccinated did nothing, so they can keep all the expected morbidity mortality for their demographic. The “acted on” get all the credit, or blame, however it falls.
