The first thing that comes to mind is the people questioning the defense department narrative, have been threatened. The military have always vaxxed the living daylights out of their soldiers and exposed them to pathological agents. Soldiers are simply collateral damage. A friend was given anthrax vaccine. He suffered leukaemia. Another served in Viet Nam and died from agent orange exposure. We are all witnessing, the experimental biologicals, causing severe adverse events and deaths. Going after the DOD, regarding cooking the books, will never be an easy task and may involve certain dangers for those pursuing the truth. Your efforts are admirable.

Not surprising...is our military working for us or China? or WEF?

I'd say unwitting dupes... They are mostly very patriotic, but that doesn't mean they're savvy... Why the govt. like 'em at 18, 19... just kids.

I wonder about the current mandate for soldiers... Soldiers would defend the People, so maybe the Bad Guys want less numbers of them. Just a guess based on the Evil we see swarming over us...

People QUESTIONED the NARRATIVE? Wow. That's very mature for eight-year-olds.

Wtf would any of this matter? 1) Politicians are exempt from zero laws in zero nations. 2) It IS illegal to a) mandate untested products, B) coerce or intimidate anyone OR their children to have them injected into them, C) as the articles of impeachment against Trump reminded us, take private $ while in public office (for OBVIOUS REASONS: like the ones you're all whining about right now) & D) give corporations "legal" (they aren't) protections from the harms done by their products.

So, we already have everything we need: no real legal protections for politicians, hundreds of blogs "speaking about" how the jabs are deadly, more than enough people on board with ending the mandates than even your governments could block or dismiss (especially as the public, once they see thousands of others on board with this would support it) & yet I can't PAY any of you hypocrites & cowards to even discuss joining in on taking those legal, non-violent measures.

But another post is going to "tip the scales" & cause WHAT? What is it you cowards fantasize about happening via the agency of whining for Daddy to Show He Cares? You're all going to wait for "someone" always meaning someone ELSE to act.

You'd rather attend the funerals of children in your own families than show an ounce of courage.

Robert Barnes could do this in a SECOND ! He is on the locals platform with Viva Frei I will send a link to this substack on Viva's youtube channel. We now have lawtube there are TONS of lawyers out there - or how about Judicial Watch ? FOIAs are mothers milk to them.

My prayers are with you, Matthew. This sounds intense. May God protect you, your family, your data. May he continue to give you wisdom and discernment. May his favor shine on you and your quest for truth.

They're not going to give you any VaST or VAERS data. I have been in a FOIA battle for nearly a year now, and the latest statement from CBER's FOIA worker is that CBER's Office of Biostatistics and Pharmacovigilance cannot query the VAERS database to return one field of data (say, race) for a range of VAERS ID numbers. The FOIA worker said that each record would have to be downloaded individually and then redacted, line by line.

You might get the emails, but they'll pretend (as they did during the PHMPT hearings) that they don't have any data in digital format, but need to take screenshots of everything, one at a time.

FOIA is pretend. I don't know how to put it any better than that. It's like Harvey Weinstein: Everybody knows the truth, but no one will say it out loud. I can count five prima facie violations of 5 U.S. Code § 552 in FDA's interaction with me, all of which are actionable. I am currently exhausting my administrative remedies (a request to OGIS and my senator's active Congressional inquiry), and after that, I'll be suing, which will be complicated because I am a journalist for a very small paper. But there is not even the pretense of honoring FOIA within HHS. I imagine DoD is the same.

My suggestion would be to start with a plaintiff. Ideally a spokesperson or model case for a class of other plaintiffs. There is plenty of evidence of damage in the DMED data, but as far as I can see we don't have a starting complainant.

Ultimately, it's the DoD that are responsible for indemnifying Pfizer through the Other Transaction Authority procurement method and then falsifying the data to cover it up. Whilst at first instance it looks like the drug companies have no liability, it's only because they've been indemnified by the DoD as the contracting party. It should be a dream case for any trial lawyer to sue the government on this basis, but we'll probably have to nicely package it for them before the phone starts ringing off the hook. All roads lead back to the DoD as the party ultimately responsible for all vaccine damages.

But this needs to start with somebody that's suffered injury we can then present to an attorney. They are then duty bound to consider the case on its merits. It will be interesting to see what objections if any they throw up. From there we can start to fill in the gaps.

I would suggest making a shortlist of attorneys that have had previous success in suing the DoD for medical malpractice. Ideally those that have had success in the other military vaccine cases. We need to present our package of evidence along with our plaintiff to them and show in the DMED data that there are plenty more where they came from. Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman are an example of a firm that represented plaintiffs in the Gardasil lawsuit. It's an example we could start with.

If necessary, it may be a good idea to form a non-profit organization to raise a legal fund and publicize this legal action on its own. The more we can demonstrate an unassailable case with a growing class of plaintiffs that have suffered irreparable damages from an organization with seemingly limitless funds, then it's a much stronger incentive for a firm to consider.

I'm not convinced the politically connected lawyers will take this on. Robert Barnes may look like your friend but he's eyeing up the future Trump administration and Trump's all in on the vaccines. I suggest starting with the basic facts and running this like any other class action suit.

Perhaps you could open a page at the Campfire Wiki. It should be structured as a legal brief with a number of attorneys (some listed here) sent to and their responses (without divulging any privileged information).

If you can apportion tasks in a project plan then there are plenty of people on here that will chip in and help.

As I say it may turn into a significant amount of work in and of itself, so it may be worth starting a crowdfunding campaign and an independent not-for-profit organization to handle it with any funds going towards legal costs and further investigation. Simply because it doesn't have any support from either political establishment so we're going to have to go direct to the people.

The other thing that muddies the data waters is the ongoing transition from AHLTA to MHS GENESIS. If everyone was still on AHLTA, conducting analysis on vaccine injuries in the DoD would be trivially easy. I hate having hypotheses that are difficult/nearly impossible to prove, but if there is negative absolute risk reduction for COVID vaccines in the active duty military population then this transition is making that much more difficult to investigate. Of course, this transition began before COVID with the first pilots being conducted in 2017-2018, but with that EVALI hypothesis and your consideration that the DoD may have been more intimately involved in GoF etc. I won't say anything further, I just had to make the point that if the entire DoD was still on AHLTA and this transition wasn't underway, finding out how many cases of myocarditis across the DoD were related to vaccination would be trivially easy. Now, not so much. Bug, or feature?

You are messing with the people who brought us Joe Biden. They are making their world go around their way, and they have gotten used to it. They are good at destroying things. They destroyed the database, and it is now useless, to us and to them. They do not care, they like it that way, and they are happy to see you spend the rest of your life on it. They obviously do not care how many people they kill. Stalin didn’t.

Protect your data, and your hardware, and be your own cloud.

The regime has violated international law and US code. That is clear. They are guilty of crimes against humanity. Clearly. What they have just recently done in Ukraine is a small thing in comparison. However, it is certainly enough to remove them from power. The states need to act against the US Federal Government, and not just a few of them, but a majority of them. This is the only way to win.

Firstly, I hope you succeed in your endeavours. Fingers crossed for you.

Secondly, I am getting the popcorn ready as Steve and Callander sort their shit out after the little spat.

They might both find mutual ground if they are diplomatic. If they drag you into this as well. The three of you have a fine team. Strong data. A lawyer. And apparently Steve has a red pilled Attorney general up his sleeve to boot.

Also I just heard the UK dropped everything covid mandate related. I'm not sure what to make of that yet. But it doesn't sound like a bad thing.

Mathew, anybody can file a FOIA, no lawyer necessary. Reporters do it all the time. The lawyer is needed if (when) the government refuses your request on bogus grounds. I have info on how somewhere, I'll look.

Expand full comment

The government pretty much always says it will take 2 years to fulfill your request, on bogus grounds. A lawyer will definitely be needed. I say this as a journalist engaged in a FOIA battle approaching a year now. Filing a FOIA request is easy, but if the feds don't want to give you the info, they won't, unless you sic a lawyer on them. (Check out *The Search for the Manchurian Candidate* by John D. Marks and *Baseless* by Nicholson Baker for a sad history of how very long this situation has existed. It's only worse now.)

I think the only thing that has a chance of being noticed unavoidably are lots more deaths. Once that really gets their attention, (or they die too), well, then some actual discussions can get underway, and all your work can be used to back up the assertions. I came to the realization that people are more concerned with what kind of milk is in their latte than what they are being injected with just a few days ago, sad but true. When I talk of the deaths, and impending deaths, my ex partner scoffs and has no idea what is coming, or what is already here. If you were going to die soon, would you want to know?

Expand full comment

Even deaths won't matter if they don't occur immediately after a vaccination without autopsies to prove it. The doubters will demand proof of linkage, and they won't be willing to read this or other substacks that explain the connection.

I did find the comments again. I'm not sure what more of an explanation I could provide. I point to the snapshots of the database where they change. That's the short story.

For the long story read my articles or watch my interview with Tess. Otherwise, I assume you are part of the gas lighting effort. Basically 97% of people I talk to get this within a few seconds of seeing the snapshots. The others are mostly the people I'm certain are obtuse or simply stupid.
