I should have said that I did not consider my list exhaustive, and have a few more at the "likely effective" or "at least potential" level in my notes, but with so many reading/research priorities, I chose to focus on a shorter list that I perceived as most obvious or intuitive.
My feeling is that this virus is more fragile than generally portrayed. Attacking the infectious early is the easiest route, and numerous medicines seem to have helped in that regard.
