Wow, I was completely unaware of this. I had heard of Berkey and went to their site early this year with the intent of buying a unit and the fluoride filters and was wondering why on earth none of their filter systems were available and continue to be so. Pretty clear that this coincides directly with WHO & "public health" agencies all aligned with an agenda to make us ill, turn us into slaves, and depopulate the planet. Lord, when do these psychopaths turn on each other?!

I think it’s sinister, not absurd. The govt clearly targeted Berkey, which means they were right over the target. They don’t want us filtering out the poison that is deliberately put into our water.
When I first heard about the Berkey controversy, I was navigated to a video showing that Berkey fluoride filters produced more aluminum than was in the original tap water it filtered. I panicked and bought an Aquatru, only to realize later that this was another ivermectin-like hit job.
Also feels ominous. They’re targeting these gravity filters now after decades on the market? I believe Newsom has even banned their sale in California. I looked for those filters this weekend. Nothing for sale anywhere, even on the Berkey site.
Damn I was just chatting with my roommate today about the alarming activities of governing bodies that are supposedly protecting our health. The EPA unfortunately seems to be straying from it's proposed purpose. If ya still trust the guvment good luck to ya!

I had read about this in Epoch Times and was so disappointed as I have a Big Berkey which I think is great. As an environmental consultant for industrial clients I have been on the opposite side of the table of EPA for years. They have an agenda and they have their consultants fit the "science" to that agenda. They toyed with my client for years collecting data and writing reports and in the end all the data was ignored and it was clear they had been set up. The danger is that most EPA employees are zealots that think they are doing good. I haven't met any that were particularly intelligent.
You think Berkey can back their claims? It's an expensive product for what it is. I think the company brought this upon themselves many customers (me included) are concerned with this company's claims and scam like behavior.
Thank you for covering this story that is very symbolic of our bureaucracy. It brings to mind Fredrich Hayek's book The Road to Serfdom. When he wrote big corporations want regulations because they squeeze out competitors, it cleared the fog. We have complete garbage on grocery shelves, children don't exercise enough and are shot up with all sorts of poison, and we have destructive industrialized farming and ranching. However, the EPA must go after a little company as it allows the main monsters destroying the village to continue their rampage. It is like the prosecution of a family bank in NY serving the Chinese community with a better loan/payment record than the large banks we bailed out featured in the documentary 'Small Enough to Jail.
The deep state & the administrative state are the mechanisms being used to destroy this great country, and others. I'm praying good companies like this will stand strong and help to cut off the head of the snake. It will be costly, but they may do more than save a company. They may help save the country.
