The Outer Party is beginning to question The Inner Party's actions while the Proles are just starting to wake up...

Let's hope it's not too late.

Depends on what you think it’s “too late” for. I foresee some heavy backtracking in the near future, but that will ironically likely destabilize things further (as the amount of organizations that have lost severe credibility over this is staggering).

I’ve said it before: Rome wasn’t built in a day and it didn’t fall in one either. These elaborate systems of power just don’t survive in the long run, but none of this is a straight line. I think most of us can see where it’s trending though...

Ever read Darkness at Noon by Arthur Koestler? I think what it depicts isn't far fetched for us today in the US. Maybe we will have show trials of vaccine "misinformation" spreaders. Or maybe we'll riot first

Nothing extremely important lost or damaged aside from time.

Flood can be as destructive as fire, I'm glad to hear you're ok

I want to feel optimistic about this, but what are the chances that our government will waste more taxpayer money filing appeals and then try to take this to the Supreme Court...which frankly I do not trust right now to protect our health freedoms.

My guess is odds of appeal are high but that will just fortify public push back while the vaccine failures mount and failure to protect against COVID is the least of their failings.

Sadly many will have a serious change of heart as they witness adverse events in their own communities and circle of friends. Population wide experiments produce population wide effects and Mother Nature doesn't pause for legal foot dragging. Every day the mandate case is harder to make to the broader public with an undeniably unsafe, ineffective product.

"The only explanation for why it wouldn't be struck down is corruption..."

Made me laugh, as if corruption isn't how we got here using what Monsanto dubbed sound-science™ which means, trust results without underlying data or study details. Too often the judges are in the other pocket and Chevron getting Steven Donziger highlights that. But I always appreciate a good chuckle, especially paired with a judicial smack down of DC Mafia abuses. Fab news but far from the final blow. These dirtbags lie and cheat and break the law all the time & betcha a nickle K Street is hunting in earnest for loopholes. Their private islands don't pay for themselves! :~) https://www.salon.com/2020/08/27/the-case-of-steven-donziger-and-chevron-how-those-who-fight-corporate-tyranny-are-crushed/
