Anyway, yes, you can definitely split everything up into smaller coalitions, but I think that is just a matter of framing. Yes, I view a new populism as the existential enemy of the managerial class. Trump got played in a variety of ways, perhaps having his ego tied to operation warp speed is the most dramatic example. The reason he is popular though is because he because he represents political populism, and that dude on Celia's board is just straight wrong. Trumps inability to distance himself from the jabs is absolutely costing him politically. I view Peter Thiel as a potential ally, and I view Bret as a definite ally. Are people still susceptible to manipulation? Of course. The system also kind of logically results in the emergence of two dominant parties, but political populism has been successful in the US in the past in spite of this, I think it can be widely successful again. Robert Malone is going hard in the paint on the DoD. RFK also got some minor point about FiveEyes wrong, I don't know how much of that is intentional. I do feel like there is a silent majority within the DoD that understands something has to change. We know our purported functions and more and more we know that we can't fulfill those functions and nobody senior seems to notice. Makes it easier to realize that our purported functions aren't our actual functions. It is my job to support the holistic health and fitness of Soldiers. I can't do that if nobody believes that we're capable of fulfilling our purported functions. It is so absurd it is almost funny. Everyone knows that this wellness stuff is important, but the system lacks moral legitimacy that prevents us from getting after wellness. Quite the obstacle? All that to say, I think there is a way forward with the DoD as well, its just kind of a long shot, but I won't give up either. Responding to this motivated me to write this article which I hope might make this point a little bit more coherently. Thanks for sharing your article, I read it and I'll go watch the video now. https://radicalamerican.substack.com/p/from-gae-hegemony-to-multipolarity

This is a key quote. Well done.
This is such a hard topic because it's hard to know how much rot there is in the DoD given the asymmetries of information both on the border and also within! Most of the DoD people I've met are good people in my estimation---just as with the military in general. And then there are clearly some extremely ugly things going on.
Part of my intense desire to get involved came from a conversation with somebody in the FBI who told me that little good was left in leadership there, and that it was as if there was an unspoken civil war going on.
There is so much complexity, shrouded in the fog of WTF.
