Mathew, I have to tell you that I know about a similiar case. Some months ago, a friend told me that her best friend died from a severe heart attack during sleep. She was only 26 years old and was okay before she went to bed. However, she never woke up again. I am 99% certain that she was covid-vaccinated (because her best friend did not deny when I told her it may have been due to the vaccine).
During the funeral (a few days later), the head of this dead person suddenly started bleeding severely. She had blood in her face, not sure if it came out of her mouth. But it was dropping to the ground and they had to clean it during the funeral. This was extremely traumatic for my friend.
So I am also highly interested in knowing whether the vaccines may be responsible for this.

She is alone part of winter when her husband is in FL and she is not. If that had happened when she was alone, she took would have died.

I know a lady who died last year and the reason the ambulance was called is because she was vomiting blood; at the ICU they opened her up to try to find and stop the bleeding but they couldn't find it or stop it. I figured this manner of death was a one-off, but now I'd like to find out more about similar events that may be related to the vaccine, or the virus. Edit to add: we were told that she may have been taking an excess of NSAIDs, but nobody knows for sure.

Goes along with the same kind of pathology (like that shown in proper autopsy studies some people are doing and publishing) producing aneurysmal bleeding in the brain or aortic dissections. The vaccine injures the endothelial lining of blood vessels anywhere and everywhere and if a blood vessel wall breaks down the results simply depend on where it is. And if the clotting mechanisms are also disrupted there is no hope of stopping the bleeding.

My 37 year old niece died of an accidental fentanyl overdose a year and a half ago. When I see these sudden deaths of young healthy people dying in their sleep, with no details, my first thought is fentanyl overdose. Drowning in their own blood is definitely an indication of something else I'd think.
As an MD I agree with Elizabeth Holter and Mel. Esophageal varices (huge abnormally distended esophageal veins in patients with liver cirrhosis) can commonly cause such a death, but that would not apply to Chris Smith in all likelihood.
I am no Dr. but I read that the frequency of athletes dying after the vax is bc of the physical strength and activity of their bodies pumping blood at a stronger rate sending the offending poison throughout their system faster and harder. Was she embalmed? Pretty sure once embalmed there shouldn't be any bleeding.
I would guess embalming fluid cannot reach areas blocked by blood clots.
