The Fake Antivaxxer Victory, Part 1
The Legal Floodgates Open for Adulterated COVID-19 Vaccines

Steve Kirsch just made an evocative announcement to more than a million people and bots on Twitter-X.
The declaration has been viewed by millions of people, and Steve is the hero messenger, riding along with Malone on a cloned white horse. Woohoo!
I certainly hope that people who are injured by vaccines have the right to sue. Protection from indemnity was always a terrible idea. There are those who argue that such "trading flesh for flesh" is justified in a utilitarian sort of way, an argument I believe to be generally flawed—but that's not the primary point of this article. Even if I were to buy that argument in a particular instance, I think that a system of payments, however that occurs, that channels cash payments to those who take the hit, is reasonable. It could even happen without most of the expenses associated with the courts. But legal methods are necessary where good systems have not been worked out.
Steve goes on.
Here is the Michigan case that sets the precedent for the removal of indemnity afforded corporations via the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. The PREP Act is the result of a DoD appropriations bill pushed by now-infamous pedophile Denny Hastert, which already raises my eyebrows.
I have previously interviewed Warner Mendenhall, and recently connected him with a technologist who might have worked out a solution to the distributed group of lawyers for information documentation, organization, and sharing. I hope that the lawyers can help people who deserve to be helped, and punish people who deserve to be punished. I am not yet certain what I believe the best plan and execution of that mission should be, so I'll save that discussion for another day.
For now, I'll skip past any technical discussion of the SV40 promoter found in the plasmid contamination. The specifics are certainly concerning given that SV40 can act as a cancer promoter (probably on a portion of the population according to epigenetic forces). But the presence of this contaminant deserves its own conversation.
Is SV40 responsible for some or all of the injuries associated with the vaccines?
This is where things begin to get complicated. It will be a highly challenging task to tease out the variables regarding which vaccine ingredients cause what damage. There are problems associated with the lipid nanoparticles, the mRNA itself, the plasmid contaminants (I'll assume McKernan's work is solid on this observation), the bolus (as per Marc Girardot's theory), or something else. Throw in observations about changes in manufacturing process and proportions of ingredients, and you've got a hell of a statistical problem to solve. I would be personally skeptical if anyone claimed a model that solved it down to a single set of differential equations.
I have very real worries that court cases could be steered, accidentally or intentionally, toward wrong answers, and those wrong answers could program the future acceptance or regulation of biological therapies, including mRNA transfection technology.
Right now many people are thinking, "Hoorah, hoorah, we're going to destroy that nasty, evil corporation!"
Of course, I'm right there with those who recognize that there is enormous evil in the corporate system. And yet, it's not clear to me that demolishing Pfizer and Moderna will solve the problem. Let's begin the necessary conversation.
Controlled Demolition of a Dying Pharma Industry?
None of this feels natural to me, and I'm not alone.
It should be understood that Steve Kirsch acquired vials of one or more of the vaccines in late 2021 (September, IIRC). He told me then that he was sending them to a lab for testing. Similarly, at the San Juan Summit, the doctors I attended that event with were already talking about having samples of the vaccines tested. Over the next several months, I kept asking Steve and others, "Have the vaccine samples been tested yet for content?" Steve's voice would go a little weak, and he would brush off the question with, "The lab hasn't gotten to it yet," and change the subject as quickly as possible.
What's really going on here?
The tests that Kevin McKernan performed do not take a significant amount of time for an experienced laboratory scientist. The prepping of a library might take a day, and the sequencing another day. We can cap the work at three days, perhaps—but not much more, even if I'm missing something. So, why did it take nearly a year-and-a-half for this work to be performed?
At this point, booster uptake is a miniscule 2%, give or take. Heck, some of the databases aren't even bothering to update doses administered since early May!
I honestly have to ask if the process of getting to this point was slow-rolled while strategies were developed for how to go after Pfizer and Moderna, but save the underlying technologies for future use, collecting maximum data on the experiment in the meantime?
Is this why in October 2021, when Robert Malone spoke to the Honolulu City Council, he wasn't willing to say that the vaccines weren't working and were dangerous for everyone? (He told the council that the vaccines were "working as expected", but were too risky for kids who don't get COVID much.)
I'm told that Kevin McKernan's explanation as to why he chose to test the vaccine content in February was that he needed mRNA for some other experiment, and had the vials on hand…so, you know, why not perform the experiments then. (Somebody correct me if this is wrong about this detail—Kevin blocked me on Twitter, attacked me with a straw man over the infectious clones hypothesis, and is unlikely to engage in a real conversation at this point.)
Here is my worry: the destruction of Pfizer and Moderna will provide some financial compensation to the vaccine injured, but their assets will be sold off at bargain basement prices. The buyer will then acquire mass capacity to produce the next generation of biological products.
And let's face it, running up to the declared pandemic, the entire Pharmaceutical industry was already teetering on extinction.
My advice: Take a skeptical mindset with respect to anyone's narrative about the next Act in this performance. I have a few more takes here, at least some of which I plan to flesh out in future articles:
Hi Mathew,
If, as Sasha says (and I believe), this is a military-run operation funded by globalist-philanthropaths, I am guessing you are on the right track. The musical-chairs / game of thrones and kulangeta parachutes of gold have probably long been planned in advance, and those of us who are burdened with more neuro-typical empathy are almost always a day late and a dollar short, playing catch-up.
Despite the recent revelations in the E.U. Parliament, Andrew Bridgen's lone voice in the British Parliament, clear voices down under with the likes of Gerard Rennick and Pauline Hanson, Prof. Fukushima here in Japan, and too many other warriors in good faith to mention, the powers-that-be are plodding along with impunity. Just a few minutes ago, I got the following heads up from a FB connection ...

"I'm an RN in a GP practice in Australia. Just last week I took delivery of the usual monthly govt. vaccine order, and discovered a new childhood vaccine had been added to the National Immunisation Program (NIP). It's called VAXELIS, and is an "alternative" to Infanrix Hexa, given to babies at 2, 4, and 6 months for DTPa, hepB, polio & HIB..
No doctors or nurses have been given any details about Vaxelis, other than its interchangeability with Infanrix Hexa. So....I checked out the official Product Information for Vaxelis, and found that it's s a ribosomal DNA vaccine.
How DARE they introduce a genetic vaccine into the NIP without telling anyone! I'm warning every parent that comes in with a baby about it, and I've told the practice manager that I refuse to administer it until the NIP provides details regarding clinical trials, safety data, and an explanation for their underhanded behaviour.
This is bloody ridiculous. Up until 3 years ago, before 𝙖𝙣𝙮 changes to the NIP schedule, all immunisers had to attend some form of education, ie: workshop run by local Public Health, or an online lecture or learning module, usually with an included assessment with an 100% pass mark to attain before being deemed qualified to continue immunising.
Since this whole covid bulldust started, there's been several schedule changes to the NIP, with only a brief email notification, which only benefits the nurse on duty when it arrives, who invariably pins it up on the vax fridge for everyone to ignore. Considering how fastidious they've been in the past, even with simple schedule changes, this is just bizarre.
But the fact that they've actually included a new vaccine into the NIP, and a genetic one to boot, with NO information, NO safety data, NO studies cited, is just bloody criminal!"

Yep. As you well know about those Cluster B kulangeta types attracted to concentrations of power ... not only are they incapable of empathy, but also of shame or remorse. They are relentless. Always have been, always will.
Going back to my early readings in philosophy, I can't help but to remember Schopenhauer's "The World as Will" ... the imposition of one's will over others as the primal directive of life. I can't accept that uncritically now because so much ink has since been spilled over ethics, a new era of neuro-science and the social sciences has emerged, and then there is my own anecdotal experience of a lifetime in Japan. But I can't completely dismiss him either, for if nothing else, he described the world as might be seen through the eyes of the kulangeta.
The missteering concern has always been an approach here - for example, some legal eagles didn't want to see any case progress to SCOTUS for a final ruling on exemptions from vaccine mandates because a loss would be a loss across all 50 states. However, the reality is that cases that make news - win or lose - lead to discovery, and discovery leads to subpoena - leading to information which helps the public access what they were entitled to in the first place: informed consent. On balance, I support cases that challenge illegal and unconstitutional laws and rules.
